Refund policy

Return Period:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Exceptions:

Returns are not accepted for:

• Free items or promotional products
• Opened or used products
• Personal care items (hair, skincare, perfumes, cosmetics) for hygiene reasons

Exchange Process:

• Communication is handled via WhatsApp only
• Customers must provide photos/videos of the product
• If approved:
• • A courier will collect the item
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Exchanges are completed within 7 days
  • Or the amount can be added as store credit
